Deconstructing “The Cliffs” of Nova Scotia
Deconstructing my painting “the Cliffs” of Nova Scotia has been interesting.
The inspiration for this photo was a picture taken in Nova Scotia. Having never painted such an intricate photo I took to outlining and starting with dark to create depth. I also used a rock, that I pulled out of the ocean, as a muse when mixing my colours.
